Founded in Harlem, New York, the On Purpose With Purpose Community Foundation works alongside community organizations, volunteers, and corporate partners to provide essential resources, expand access to wellness programming, and create opportunities for meaningful community connection.

Our programs are designed to meet immediate needs while building long-term relationships that strengthen the neighborhoods we serve.

The On Purpose With Purpose Community Foundation is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt, nonprofit foundation, which has the structure to sustain and expand this meaningful work, started in 2020, while remaining grounded in the community relationships that started it.
